I’m Rick Field, founder of the pickle category disrupter, Rick’s Picks. Over 20 years, I built a national brand known for distinctive flavor profiles and lively wit. And having established a premium sector in a category that has been historically stuck in the commodity realm, I’m moving into an exciting new chapter: consulting.

I’m ready to think on your behalf.  My learnings, paired with my unique worldview and unbridled passion for pickles, pickled vegetables, sauces, dressings, dehydrates and soups, have me positioned to impact CPG food brands meaningfully both in and outside my natural channel roots.
